The Town Square

The Town Square is a spectacular clock feature, located on the ground floor of the mall.

According to carnegielibrary.org, the clock was very impressive:

Matthew describes Monroeville’s Clock of Nations, “a two-story clock tower featuring animatronic puppets that emerged on the hour, each representing the different ethnicities of Pittsburgh” 

In this image from a scene late on into the movie, you can see, in more detail, white doors which housed the puppets.

Later on, after the “going on a hunt” shootout, we see the doors open and the puppets rotating on a carousel.

Sadly, according to atlasobscura.com, the clock tower has now gone:

Gone are the fountains, most of the plants that adorned the mall, escalators, and unfortunately the clock tower has been removed for now. The only original shop that was seen in the movie is the arcade.
